  • If you need to cancel your shoot for any reason, please call Travel By Pace immediately, and then send notification in writing by email. Certain fees will apply calculated as of the date Travel By Pace receives written notice of cancellation.

    Written notice provided no less than 30 days’; prior to your scheduled shoot date with receive a refund of 90% of your booking fee.

    Within 30 days, once the shoot date and time are confirmed you may cancel up to seven (7) days in advance of the date and time of the reservation for a 50% refund.

    Within seven (7) days of the shoot date and time, all sales are final and there is no refund for cancelled shoots.
